Dr. Logan Moves to South Clinic December 1
As our North Clinic has become increasingly busy, we have made the decision to move Dr. Logan’s practice to our Boone County Family Medicine South Clinic. What does this mean for his patients?
Beginning December 1st, Dr. Logan and his Clinic Assistant, Michela, will begin seeing patients in their new location at our South Clinic located at 1115 South Marshall Street, Boone. This is south of the Member’s 1st Community Credit Union and north of McDonalds. The phone number is (515) 432-2335. You do NOT need to have any of your records moved. Any existing appointments will remain on his schedule, so you will not need to reschedule. For any new appointments, please call the new number listed above beginning on December 1st.
The South clinic offers the same great services that you currently receive from the North clinic such as appointment reminders, lab, X-ray and health coaches.
